Dr. Barbara Birsinger, a Registered Dietitian, has over 25 years experience in nutrition andhealth promotion. She has worked in hospital and health clinics, with sports teams, dance troops, modeling agencies, schools, fitness clubs and spas, as well as in private practice with individuals, groups and corporations. Barbara is in the process of publishing her doctoral dissertation, "The Effects of an Integrative Approach on Restoring Balance to Eating and Weight Issues", and she is a contributing author in the reference book, "Health Promotion in the Workplace". Barbara’s innovative approach has been featured on radio, television, and print media internationally. |
